My experience with Easton Flooring was very positive from the first time I walked in the store to the moment the installers finished putting new carpet in. The store is clean and bright with a variety of choices. Juan was pleasant and walked us through our options, pricing, and pros/cons. Steve, who came to measure and provide additional advice, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly (we could tell how much he cared about making sure we had what we needed). On installation day, we had an arrival window, and the team actually arrived a little early! They asked questions about preferences and did an excellent job. Their work is beautiful, but the best part was that they cleaned up every bit of mess from the job. Easton Flooring is a great place to get your flooring needs. I walked in and was asked what I was looking for and directed to the section I had asked. I wasn't hassled or pressured into anything. Was given the option of taking many samples home to see what worked best. I ended up ordering an item not in their warehouse, but it was in within 1.5 weeks. I personally ended up underestimating how much I needed and asked if there was any way of getting more rushed. Amazingly they were able to get the extra shipped from Georgia with 2 days!! Awesome customer service. I can't speak for the install side of the house because I'm a DIYer, but I'm sure they'll meet your needs. Awhile ago, Easton Flooring did the LVP flooring in my kitchen & hallway. I was very pleased with the outcome. When it came time to do the living room & dining room, I went back to Easton & asked them to order the same LVP for those rooms. I told them I wouldn’t be ready to start my project for several months but I wanted to make sure the materials would be ready when I was. They said ok - they would put the LVP in their storage until I was ready. How very convenient! Today the installers came, did a great job removing the ratty old carpet, putting down luan & the LVP - AND cleaned up nicely! They moved the furniture back into the rooms & re-hooked up my cable TV. The new flooring is a perfect match to the kitchen & hallway. Thank you Juan, Steve, Dan & the terrific installers who did the installation. From the owners who come to give you an estimate to the young man who works at the store to the installation team—everyone is top notch, friendly, knowledgeable, warm, professional, can’t say enough.
